Steps to Request Account Deletion:

1. Sign in using your Google account: Access Carl App by signing in through your Google account.

2. Go to 'Account Settings': Click on your profile icon and select 'Account Settings.'

3. Select 'Delete Account': Scroll to the ‘Account Management’ section and click ‘Delete Account.’

4. Confirm Deletion: Follow the prompts to confirm your request for account deletion.

5. Email Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to ensure your request has been processed.

Data Deletion & Retention Policy

Since Carl App only stores data related to your Google account login, here's what happens when you request to delete your account:

• Deleted Data:

  • Your Google account login information (name, email)

  • Profile settings associated with Carl App

• Retained Data:

  • No additional data is retained, as Carl App does not collect any other information beyond your Google account login.

Retention Period

Once your deletion request is processed, all stored data will be permanently deleted. No retention of personal information occurs beyond the completion of your request.
